-Inter core I5-4460 a 3.2 Ghz

Replace the motherboard with an H97 model (i recommend ASUS), throw in an SSD (reserved for Windows) and another one for games (get a cheaper HDD and use it for files/movies/music) and you're golden. Get an aftermarket cooler for the CPU if you care about noise.
