I am trying to download music files from Creative Nomad Juke box 2. using win 10 I3 at 3.6 GHZ 26 Gb mem multiple hhd's

I lost my alblums due to fire I want to download from Creative Nomad JukeBox2, my system I3 at 3.6GHZ 26GB memory SSD for OS win 10 ,multiple HHD 2 internal 1T 3T, 6 external 1T - 5T. My system does not reconize the player any help would be appreciated

The last driver for that device was from 2006 and is XP era.

That might work the system I had before ran XP
