I am trying to find a workstation for AutoCad, where dio I start? System is for

I am having a terrible time locating a Computer for AutoCAD. I ran R14 for years but the computer crashed and cannot be repaired. It was a 32 bit system and all of the current computer workstations are 64 bit and the R14 will not load and operate. I need an entirely new system. I believe AC 2013LT will work fine since I only do 2D Graphics. Can someone point me in the right direction since I have exhausted every avenue I can from the Internet?
