Question I am trying to install asrock polychrome software but i am getting this error after checking parameters

My mobo is Asrock B450M Steel Legend and i'm using windows 10 pro. also using Ryzen 5 5600G
my bios version is P4.60 AGESA!ComboAM4v2PI 1.2.0.7
I just want to be able to use the rgb but couldnt, do i need to update bios or something? i made sure i downloaded the windows 10 version.
