How are you trying to install Office, from a disc? Do you have a "Trial" version of Office already installed? If so, removed it. As for the installation media, try copy all the files from the media to a temp folder on your desktop and run the installer from there.

no there is no trial version in my computer. and i installed from my disc.

Did you try copying the files to temp folder on your desktop, from the disc?
