i am unable to connect to my extended wifi network that i created with my belkin wifi extender I am using a belkin wireless adapter on my pc.When i enter my wifi password it says could not connect to network. Can someone give me a solution

When initially setting up a WiFi extender you need to have it and your laptop plugged in as near as possible to the wireless router so you can go through the setup process without excessive wireless range/distance being an issue, and everything required for the setup (laptop, router & extender) can all be seen at the same time in the same room

Please note that the above is merely a temporary arrangement to assist in getting it set up properly.

When the setup process is complete and the extender lights show everything connected okay, you can then move it to a more suitable position in your house, somewhere midway between the router and the furthest point in your home that you need to access the internet from.

Keep an eye on the extender lights though when choosing a place for it. If the connection is lost it means you've taken it too far away, so bring it a bit closer to the router. Even extenders have a range limit.
