Question I am upgrading some components, please assist if you can :)

Hi everyone!

I want to upgrade my specs a little bit.
Personally, I love gaming and would like to upgrade it in that aspect, also, I am planning on buying a drone and a camera next week, so some specs that are good for photo/video editing too, would be a great combination.
All ideas are helpful !!!

The specs that I currently have are:

MSI x399 Sli Plus
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1900X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
16.0 GB Ram
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
And some not really good 700w (Falcon, I think), Power Supply.



I was thinking maybe of getting another 16GB of RAM, and a better power supply, with a new graphics card, something like ( Asus TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6800 16GB DDR6 256 bit)
What do you guys think?

What resolution and Hz is your monitor?
What type of games do you play?

Well, currently I have three monitors, but I am planning on buying just one (with a different budget).
Mostly, I play RPG and some things like Green Hell or Forest (survival games)
The budget that I currently have is between 1500-2000$

And what resolution and Hz is your planned monitor? This is key to deciding how much gpu performance you need.

I apologize for the long reply.

Well, I still don't know what I will get, I have the least knowledge about monitors, any suggestions? (something not too pricey)

Well, to start with, Threadripper is not exactly gaming CPU, it's more suited for workstation use with a lot of RAM and PCIe devices. It's low boost frequency and slow memory (although 4 channel) makes it slow in games specially in 1080p, low GPU settings.
