Hey, I installed Windows 7 sp1 and after that i tried to upgrade bios and while it was installing ,,, the computer hang up , I removed the battery to restart it . Now it shows black screen./ How to make boootable usb of bios ???

There is nothing like a bootable usb bios. Call Dell support for help.
