i am using windows 7 32 bit. every thing is fast but video n game will be slow than sound. first i can hear sound n after 5 or 6 seconds video will appear but in slow motion so can i get any idea to fix it plz?

Are your video drivers up to date? Same for your audio and motherboard chipset drivers.
