i ball smps 240v

Sir my question is that I have Intel core i3 4130. And smps is I ball 240v. Ram is ddr3 13338gb.and gpu is zotac GeForce gtx 750ti.sir can I use cooler master hyper 103.in the above spec.

1| That iBall PSU is an iJunk. If you're interested in burning your house down with the PSU then buy it otherwise it's just an expensive paper weight.

3| The point about your cooler is that there may be height restrictions form your chassis thus the inquiry into what your chassis is. Do you have 140mm of clearance from your motherboard's CPU socket to the top of your side panel?
