[SOLVED] I bought 1070ti a few days ago but its not working properly.

I bought asus 1070ti advanced cerberus and its not working properly. Here is some problems: fans arent working, cant use my monitors if I dont put the hdmi cable to motherboard, cant install the drivers because it says "this driver is not compatible with this version of windows. I have tried to restart pc, reinstall the gpu and check the cables, tried to install drivers.

Asrock z97, 1070ti, corsait rm 650w, intel i5-4690K, intel stock cooler, fractal design c tg, 8gb ram, 1gb hdd, kingston 240gb ssd.

Which version of windows?

Make sure the required power cables are firmly seated on both the gpu and psu ends (and in the right sockets).

Pull the gpu and reseat it.

Windows 10 home. And cables are seated properly.

Then I would RMA the card as defective, especially if putting old one in works. If that doesnt work, could be mobo or psu.
