I bought a graphics card a gtx 960 and its not working on windows 7 why is it?

Install drivers? Make sure you seat the GPU in the PCI Slot correctly. Make sure you used PCI Cables to connect it via POWER

Please list your full system specs and make sure the display is connected to the graphics card output and not the motherboard output.
