Not if they erased it right...
Are you needing an Operating System?
You can run win10 without buying/activating it if you need to.
You also might have a factory restore partition that will put whatever was on it from IBM. Try pressing F1,or F11 (not sure which it was on that) at boot and select Factory Restore
