[SOLVED] I bought a new Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and when installed I turn the PC on and it starts but the screen gets no signal and the CPU Smart Light comes on

I checked and NO bent pins. Brand New Ryzen 5 3600 and turn on the PC black screen while PC fans and all light up and the CPU smart light is on. What is up with that. My PC Bios says it has the newest build..so good grief. I have a MSI Tomahawk B350 motherboard that won't accept it only accepts my 5 2600 cpu

Unless you give us your full system specs we won't be able to help you figure this out. Including the PSU brand and model.

Sounds like bios is update needed for your new CPU so would plug your old cpu back in and go onto your motherboard website and do bios update
