I bought a new samsung GT-S7562 but it cant connect wi-fi so what can i do?

First, if you are connecting to your home Wi-Fi, check that your router is working and that the Wi-fi LED is on. Then, if you have a password, check that you have entered the right password. Then, if that doesn't work, reset your device and just in case, do a factory reset but that in most cases won't help. I heard that this model usually comes defective, but if none of these work, you can return it to the shop and ask them for help. If you are trying to connect to a foreign Wi-Fi, and it doesn't work, then maybe it's them that are guilty. Anyway, good luck.
