Question I bought a new USB hub, with 4 USB 2.0 ports. I worked fine in Dell windows 8.1, I used it in my new Asus laptop W10 it's not working. Please help

I bought a new USB hub, I tried all the trouble shooting techniques for USB port not detected, but I am not getting anywhere. I am sure I am not the only one, please help me solve this issue. I feel like I must downgrade the USB drivers to windows 8.1 and try but I have no idea. Please help

I have a USB 2.0 hub with 4 ports. It worked well in windows 8.1 dell inspiron and when I tried to connect it to Asus laptop windows 10 it shows, USB device not recognized, Device Descriptor Request Failed. I tried most options online but didn't get any where. Please help me
