I bought a new videocard and it won't work

I bought an Asus GTX 750 TI videocard and i can't play with cs go on low ghraphics...
What can be the problem?
My config:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X4 640
Ram: 4 GB
Motherboard: Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H

What 's the model of tour GPU? can you send us a link.
If your card requires a 6 pin power connector make sure it's connected to the GPU.
Do you installed your Graphics Drivers from here : http://www.geforce.com/drivers

Restart your PC and run a Benchmark test. It may just be a problem with Counter Strike.

What benchmark is that? 250 can be Extraordinary on one benchmark and iGPU grade on another.

Yes its a problem with the cs go i try to play with the highest settings and i get the same fps.

I try it in LOL and theres is still 60 fps in low and full graph too.

Try to type in CSGO console fps_max 300.
In LOL , go to video settings and set your fps limit to uncapped.
