So I have been playing for a few days now and it remains the same... I downloaded CPUID and MSI afterburner to check out my temperatures ...

GPU playing RDR2 plays at an average of 60fps which I think it should play at more and goes up to 48ºC and the CPU didn't go over 70ºC this while playing! So I don't think it's a overheating problem...

i have the same issue i7 7700k + 270 super, i upgraded it from a 7870 (old card),

before with my 7870 i was playing overwatch with 200 fps nothing under 150
with the 2070s sometimes it hits 100 or 90

i tried DDU, i tried disabling all services and startup programs and nothing worked

feels like its either a huge bottleneck for 1080p due to cpu not using the videocard at all GPU ussage its under 20% sometimes it hit 30%

or driver issues, havent tried any other drivers yet

or overheating, nothing have changed except for the graphic card.

when i open overwatch it just display 300 fps cap always, then after playing a while and a couple alt-tabs, it hits 120 150 90 frames,
I play at 2k because of my main monitor is a 2k 144hz one but even lowering to 1080p and having it windowed it doesn't play how it's supposed to, before I had the GTX 1080 and 2k full screen I wasn't having this problems.

Latest benchmark

Could the CPU be bottlenecking the GPU at this point ?

I should never get 125 FPS at this game, always a lot higher!

on the first picture no, cpu is keeping gpu busy, 99% gpu usage means gpu is running as much as it can, cpu has to wait here for gpu to finish
second picture is oposite, cpu doesnt provide enough stuffs for gpu to work with, so gpu usage is low as cpu cant keep up there
