i bought a usb bluetooth dongle can't getting it work

i tried download drivers and install them through device manager
i tried intalling windows updates
its recognizing it audio devie (csr Audio adaptor)
and recognizing it as a keyboard

please help

What's the brand name and model number of the device? You may need to download the correct driver from the manufacturer's website or it may be a specialty device that only works with a bluetooth headset and so it only shows as an audio device as some bluetooth devices are pre-paired and can't be used with other equipment.
