I recently bought an msi z97 lga 1150 board and i have my internet connected via ethernet but I do not have internet connection on my pc. Please help. I also did a clean install of windows 10

If youre talking about the motherboard drivers I did not install them. Is that why it doesnt work?

If you want the network card to work you should try installing the network drivers, but after a clean reinstall you'll also want to install/update other drivers like chipset, video, audio, etc for the other devices in the system.

Even wired network cards require drivers to function.
