Hello, i have an problem.

I have bought rtx 4090 for 2300€ With the Amazon invoice all right. But the customs sent me an message With invoice of the seller , With the item value as 500€, really much inferior than the original value. Btw the customs shipment wanted my ID , and what kind of object it's.
Now i'm afraid to getting scam in some way.

The shipment It's free , and the seller said that the custom taxes were already payed, but he said to report to him if There's some customs taxes that i have to pay.

It's an International shipment (during the bought i didn't knew about It )

What i should do?

Do you have reason the believe the card isn't what you ordered? If the card is a 4090 as you ordered and in good working order, since its an international shipment the seller may be trying to reduce taxes/import fees by declaring a lower value than its actually worth. When the 2 major options are: 1) real card but seller is trying to skimp on taxes and fees (Actual illegal activity in most countries) or 2) scam with the card not actually being a 4090 I would probably choose to not do business with them and instead buy from a reputable seller.

I tried to buy from Msi official site but they are all out of stock. Btw this product in this seller have mostly good reviews, so now im not sure who Is an reputable seller.

I can cancel the order if i have an real reputable seller With the same card, probably the seller Will Kill me , even if he Just wanted to avoid taxes.

Have you mis-read the invoice ... is it an invoice from the customs saying you owe them 500 as import duty ... a fee to be paid for the item going from one country to another.

I am in england and i have seen items on amazon for sale that are to be shipped from america and they always show a notice saying depending where you live you may have to pay import duty.
