So i installed my graphics card, it fits perfectly and everything is in order i connected the 6-pin for extra power supply. And when i boot my computer coolers start working(on my CPU,GPU and PSU), but i don't get any beeps no USP power because my mouse doesn't light up, no display (My monitor is connected to the GPU because i cannot put it in my mb because it doesn't have HDMI or DVI port). Now i am not sure if it's the GPU problem or my PSU not giving enough power, the reason for that is because in the manual it says it needs 500W and 75W 6 pin connector which i had connected with the GPU, on my last GPU HD 6670 it had no such problem, although i heard on some other forums that you need 33A on 12V which i don't have on my PSU but that should've been written in the manual now i have to spend more money on a PSU. But i need to be sure so please any help will be appriciated.
My components:
MB: MSI H61M-P23
CPU: Intel G850 2.9GHz Dual Core(I am updating it to i3-3250 3.5 GHz)
PSU:Codegen 500W https://www.dropbox.com/s/uwv5q7u4zplrqq2/image.jpeg?dl=0
Old GPU: AMD HD 6670 768MB DDR5
New GPU: AMD R7 360 OC 2GB DDR5
Thank you in advance!

Ok i changed my PSU i got a 600W 40A on 12V, the problem persists the same way as before. Although i have noticed one thing when i start my computer my graphics card cooler stops for a moment, and it stops at the right moment when it should make a beep after that it continues to rotate.
