I broke the pins in first pci e slot is it okay to use the one bellow ?

I am moving My components from an ild case to a new one and i accidentally broke the pins of the top pci e slot when taking the GPU out. Is it alright for me to use the lower one ?

Depends on the motherboard configuration and the specific GPU. Provided it's a minimum of PCIe 3.0 x4, you should be fine performance-wise.
