I took my pc apart to do some cable management. After putting it back together I was greeted by a message saying Windows was broken and after going through troubleshooting and attempting to fix it through the prompts I got a message saying that it couldn't be fixed. So I installed a new Windows installion tried moving my files and found that it wouldn't let me acess my old files nor would it let me give myself permission. So I went into Windows and decided to reset the pc. That worked I got Windows reinstalled and tried reinstalling my drivers. I don't know what happend but when I tried to install the Nvidia driver for my GPU (gigabyte auros 1080ti extreme), the display stopped receiving a signal...what do I do??? Weirldy enough my RGB settings stayed for the original Windows install.
