I Build My pc and now stuck on bios

HI I Have a problem and I just built my pc a I have no idea how to install windows 10 onto my pc I have the iso and I have a flash drive but when I plug it in and set that to the first boot option it just boots back to the Bios

Did you use Rufus to create a bootable USB stick?
