i built a new computer and im having a problem

when in a game like league of legends or cs go, my keyboard and or mouse will randomly lag. its very annoying, they are both Logitech wireless devices. they are both connected to one receiver.
most of the time when the lag stops it plays catchup and all the button I hit activate at once. light games such as binding of Isaac don't start the lag at all. so I'm curious if its just a graphics thing and getting the card will solve the problem. it seems the keyboard lags more than the mouse. is it possible that the two are interfering with each other?

my computer:
intel core i5 6500 cpu
windows 10 os
msi h170 mobo
corsair vengeance 16gb ram
I have not yet got my graphics card so that could be part of the problem. I plan on getting the sapphire radeon r9 nitro 8gb card

a wireless keyboard/mouse is not recommended for gaming

its not recommended but is that truly why, its wireless, I se plenty of people play games with wireless equipment and they don't have lag. and I used the same mouse on my laptop when I played these games and i was lag free.

It is not recommended because wired transfers data faster and that will matter especially in csgo since you need pin-point precision.

yes but it I'm not talking about .5-2 second lag I'm talk I cant get response from the keyboard for at least 5- 10

Oww... Then that must be a driver issue or something that i always encounter....
