[SOLVED] I built a new pc and it won't boot!

I have just built a new pc with a z370p D3 mobo and Celeron G4900 cpu so I can upgrade the bios of my mobo so I can use my i7 9700k but the pc won't start even tho the power is on and my mobo and cooling all lights up. Please help

Try starting the board outside the case, to rule out a short. Make sure that you're correctly connecting the case power button. You can try shorting the corresponding pins instead.
