I BUILT A NEW PC, NOT WORKING! HEEEEELP! please!

i built my first PC, unfortunantly. D; i dont think i did it correctly.

I thought everything was finished... until i went to turn it on, the screen stayed black, and there were red lights on the motherboard, and a green one going too.

What graphics card do you have? Does it require any extra power from the PSU? If it does you need to connect one (possibly 2) of the 6 pin connectors coming from your PSU to the graphics card.
