So I just built a PC and didn't know about ESD,I'm in trouble? I build the PC in a glass table with metal support. and a chair with metal support as well, sometimes my ankle touched the metal, I was very careful with everything as far my knowledge goes (CPU Pins, motherboard etc) I occasionally touched my case but it's painted.

So that's pretty much what I remember, sometimes I transitioned to my couch near a carpet but this part was when everything was inside of the case already and plugged.
I'm just paranoid or there could be damage in my hardware.
