I built this computer and I am honestly not sure if I hooked up all the wires. I am not sure but when I turned it on the first time everything kicked on and there was no visual and I saw that my graphics card was not on. I connected it and then still nothing, I find that the hard drive was not connected and I plugged it in and when I tried to turn it back on it flickers once and it cuts off. Any help would be appreciated.

The screws are very hard placed or loose? I already made the mistake to make it so hard, forcing the mobo that it didn't turn on, so I loose the screws and vuala! Which PSU do you own? You connected correctly the hear pannel? Tried to switch between memories to see if one is fault or if one bank is broken? Your CPU cooler is so heavy? If yes, it uses a backplace below? Large coolers can sometimes damage the motherboard circuits as I listened from a specialist, since it's the gravity law.
