Question I built my new PC and every thing is work but nothing show in my monitor

will yesterday i built my new PC and every thing is word but nothing show in my monitor
the monitor tell me there is signal but there is no information or bios to enter
i want to install the win10
did i do anything wrong the gpu is fine i try it on another PC and it's worked just fine
even my USB ports don't work?
my PC part is this

msi x470 gaming plus
amd razen7 1700
amd radeon RX 580
so what wrong?
please help

and yes there is VGA light up sometimes but i put the graphics card into another PC and it worked just fine ?

board led cpu ,ram and vga then boot you have power cable on gpu and list your psu .

i got a corsair 550w 80+ bronze psu
xfx rx 580 oc+ 4gb
2666hz 8gb 4x2 ballistix sport
*right now when i boot no board led lights up
power cabel on the gpus says pcie 4+4

Did that cpu have integrated gpu? Try to use the cpu integrated gpu if it had one, and remove the gpu. Maybe the motherboard doesn't detect the gpu.

its fixed now thanks everyone
*i fixed it by unscrewing the motherboard a little bit and putting an old ram stick from gskill (ripjaws) then only putting one ram stick in a specific slot
