im a first timer, and i saw this. The motherboard supports
DDR4-1866 / 2133 / 2400 / 2666 / 2933 / 3200
and the ram is
G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
since there is no DDR4-3000 On the motherboard does mean anything.

All parts are compatible.

As for the RAM, it means the 3000MHz rated speed of the sticks will downclock to 2933MHz max. speed on that motherboard.
