Question I can’t get my pc to post

Every single time I try to turn on the pc, the dr.debugger on my Asrock Phantom Gaming 9 goes straight to 27, then the system resets. I had just gotten the i9-9900ks and this is the problem I face

The board might need a BIOS update to support that CPU. What code getting if starting the board with no RAMs?
