Question I can’t use dual ram, but alone they both work ?

If i put two sticks of ram, (Kingston fury DDR5 4800 CL 38 2x16gb) my pc doesn’t boot. If i put only one, it works fine, but with two it doesn’t work. It’s not that the sticks are not working or that the slots are broken, it just doesn’t work with dual ram. My motherboard is ASUS PRIME Z690-P WiFi. Please tell me why!

Did you buy both sticks together as a matched pair supplied together in a single package ?
