My inno 3d compact gtx 1060 comes with a 90mm fan. It's not screwed on but clipped on from a groove on the heatsink. The fans a but loud at load and reaches around 78 degrees when OC. The fan connector has 4 wires connected so I'm guessing it's a 3-4 pin fan. Does anyone know any good and silent 90mm fans that are good for a gpu? IDC if they fir proprly I can just zip-tie it.

Actually, you will care if it doesn't fit properly, zip tying gpu fan isn't a good idea. I can understand if you dislike your gpu fan, but unless you're willing to change out the cooler for a different gpu cooler altogether, I'd leave it alone if I were you.

Note: Believe it or not, for OC on that (compact) card, the temp you listed isn't abnormally high, regardless of ambient and case temp. If you clean out the cheap tim used and replace it with decent tim, that could help drop your temps by maybe a few degrees or so.
