I can choose the best answer for anyone!

Ok that's weird for some reason I have the possibility to choose the best answer even if it's not my thread, I can't choose myself as the best answer but I can choose those who replied, for example you create a thread asking for help I can choose the best answer in your own thread while you're supposed to do it so.
Is it normal ? obviously not!
