[SOLVED] I can hear some sort of a gpu coil whine when gpu isnt under load

Sound isnt loud but i can hear it, my pc is in closed case under table.
So is it normal?

GPU also whine when under load(its fine i quess?).

I also heard that buyin and installing a ferrite beads may be a fix, is it?

Coil whine is caused by coils in chokes which are hard soldered to PC board so where would you put those ferite beads ? Beside that, ferite works only in high electromagnetic frequency range, well above sound frequencies.
