Question I can no longer get my ping low enough to game ?

As title says no longer can get my ping low enough to game, i went to sleep one night my ping was fine woke up to game a few days later after working past couple days now my ping wont let me game.
went from a 40 to 80ish 0 packet loss and all. to now constantly getting 1000 with a low of like 450 and for litterally 2s here and there normal 50ping. but only 2 seconds then back to jumping the map..... and i've tried letting it sit a few more days thinking maybe whether or whatever.... no just refuses to give me playable ping anymore ping test everywhere are also constantly over 1000 and wont drop i'm getting really fed up with this. the only thing i was thinking was windows updates but i have that shut off from auto updating..... and i have adjusted anything myself.... however even with windows update shut off i am really really upset with Microsoft because even with all auto update feature shut off it forced a update through on my pc in the middle of me gaming the night before i shut off my pc and i had to restart it to get normal ping again but it wnet back to normal after the update now after sitting a few days it wont give me acceptable ping anymore

i got it i limited the bandwidth straight to the pc to 5gbs itself and it's no longer having a issue but the moment i remove the limit it lags again.
