Question I can not enter the BIOS

Hello,
I'm using the MSI H170 Gaming motherboard. I don't know if it causes the motherboard or not. I want to update BIOS. But when I open the PC my monitor searches the displaying source. (HDMI, Digital, Analog) So at this time, I cannot see the Motherboard section which you can press delete and enter the BIOS. Then my monitor finds the source and windows password section open. I use Windows 10 properly. I'm using two monitors. One of the main and other one LG TV which connects from HDMI.

Do you have them both powered on when you boot?
I have systems with two displays where only one display will show the BIOS.

Both of them powered. But I tried each of them. It did not change.
