I can not log onto my computer even in safe mode. My computer is using Windows 7 OS. Can you help?

I have tried opening in safe mode and using command prompt but still can not log onto my PC. It will not take my password in any way shape or form. Please: Can you help?

I know my password but apparently my computer doesn't. I do not have a password issue. I have an issue with my computer refusing to take it even though I am using the correct password. I did buy my computer online from "NoMoreRackcom". I get no response from them. The PC belongs to me. I did not steal it. I will contact the manufacturer but since no one else has been able to help me I doubt they will either.

No one can help you. Are we supposed to take your word its your PC? Its against the ToS to even ask for password help.
