Yo
I bought a motherboard Asus Q87M-E Crossfire with a graphics card RX560 and another RX580, I try to put to find an option to activate in the BIOS but I can not find in the utility "AMD settings" I do not propose to activate the "CrossFire". After several research I do not know what to do think you can help me that would be cool
thanks for the help you will give me

Because they are not crossfire compatible. You can only crossfire a RX 580 with another RX 580, same the with the RX 560. AMD stop supporting crossfire over different models a few years ago.
"AMD CrossFire™ Requirements
These are the requirements to enable AMD CrossFire™:
  1. Radeon™ RX Series, Radeon R9 and R7 300 Series GPUs must belong to the same family model number. E.g. 2 x AMD Radeon RX 580 or 2x AMD Radeon R9 390." https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/dh-018#faq-AMD-CrossFire™-Requirements
