Hello, today I reinstalled my windows 8.1 and i found really really strange thing in bios.. THE CPU clock multiplier! So I can overclock it? Originally it had 32x (3200MhZ) multiplier and I raised it to 33x. but I have stock cooling btw. so I am asking you guys if it is normal because i5-4570 should have locked multiplier right? Maybe I will buy a custom cooler and i overclock it! What do you think? Am I lucky or is it some sort of a bug or did I hack it somehow?
I have Gigabyte H87-HD3 motherboard

now 37x I will not go much higher, I am quite worried and i will reduce that to 32x. And probably get a new cooler. So, as you can see in this image i clocked it to 37x which is 100MhZ higher than turbo clock. so how is that even possible on locked cpu?
