So here is how its looking
SSD - fresh windows 10 install as of june 28th
HDD - games
HDD2 - old hdd from old pc with windows 10 also still installed on it

In bios my ssd doesnt exist in the boot menu even tho it clearly boots from it and is using it

As USAFRet indicates, your bootloader is still probably on that drive.

If it is, the easiest GUI tool to copy everything to your SSD partitions and set as active would be a tool like EasyBCD. : https://neosmart.net/EasyBCD/

If using EasyBCD:
  • Run EasyBCD
  • Click on BCD Backup/Repair
  • Select Change boot drive
  • Click Perform Action
  • Select partition where you want your new bootloader to be written and click OK.
