I can ping 8.8.8.8 but not Google.com from my wireless bridge:??:

First time setting up a wireless bridge. I'm sure I'm missing something stupid.

I have a cable internet connection connected to Charter as my isp.

My cable modem is a Surfboard SB6121

My router is a Synology 1900AC

My bridge consists of two Ligo Wave DLB units in "bridge mode"

I am trying to connect with a laptop running winxp

I am able to surf the internet as usual from the router side. But when I'm connected to the bridge I cannot. I can ping 8.8.8.8 but not Google.com

Please help me. What other troubleshooting steps can I try?

At the remote site, it appears you have two POE devices (for bridge and ipcam) connected to each other directly via cable. I'd recommend trying the laptop on the POE for the bridge (ipcam POE disconnected) and check for Internet access. A possibility is that you might need a crossover cable between the two POE devices.

Edit: you could also try placing a network switch between the POE injectors.
