Question I can RMA my monitor, but I don't know where to start

Recently, I got a email from ViewSonic that I'm allow to get a replacement for my XG2705 because of the amount of dots of dust inside the monitor.

The thing is, I don't know where to start since this is my first time having to RMA something. What shipping company do I go for and should I worry about the shipping costs?

Is it the same process as amazon ups pickup, or do I have to go to some place to process my replacement?
