I can run 400 FSB e6400 OC at 4:5 but not at 1:1...WHY!

I have a week L625 with batch # A325 e6400.

I can run 400FSB at a 4:5 operation where my memory is running at 500 mhz.

However, I CANNOT run 400FSB at 1:1 operation where my memory is 400mhz.

Why is this? what is affecting this overclock? sooo frustrated.

Could this be a bad cpu or bad mobo?

If its 667 ram then you need to loosen the timings and increase the voltage on your ram a little to make it run at 800mhz.
