GTA5 you should be able to get low/medium at 1080p, I dunno about setting on the Witcher but you should run it fine.

Sorry for a late reply, you need a new GPU (I would say GTX 970/980) and a new CPU (i5 4690K or i7 4770K/4790K) Also maybe 8+ GB of RAM
