Question I can see & explore my hard drive usb external through the software MiniTool Partition Wizard. but why the hard drive not list in the file explorer ?

but when i click on my computer i can see only drives C and D the internal hard drives and not the E drive.

what can I do to see and explore the hard drive on the windows when i click on This Computer in the File Explorer ?

Press Windows + X keys and then select 'Disk Management'.
Now, you'll be able to see a window with your drives there.
