I can see the pixels on my new monitor

Hello guys i just bought the Dell P2417H and i can see all the pixels on the monitor.
Is it the monitor like that by default? Or a faulty monitor? Or something else? What could i do ?

Are you sure you are using it at 1080p?
If so, you should be glad you have such good vision and there is nothing to be done with the screen.
