I can surf the web...but cannot connect to any servers?

Hi.
So I've been having an issue with my internet. I can surf the web using Google Chrome (and other programs), watch video, send messages via Skype and Discord, but I cannot connect to any game servers, and make calls using Discord. I can make Skype calls but when I try on Discord, I get a No Route. I cannot connect to any game servers also. I've been having this issue for about a month and recently which from WiFi to Ethernet, hoping that would fix it. Although, it hasn't. I've heard that there might be a closed port that you need to open, but I have no clue what port it would be, or how to reopen it. Thank you!

Try turning off the windows firewall. It puts in different rules if it thinks you are directly connected to the internet.

I tried that, without luck.
